I have to try the Smokehead.

Meanwhile, we have here in Beijing in recent weeks experimented with smoking. Fish and meat, that is. Delicious stuff, involving fantastically serious stainless-acid-resistant-steel smoking boxes made by the guys at the Shanghai factory of one of the more known Finnish heavy machinery companies.

Maybe using Smokehead whisky as part of the smoking process would be the next high-end experiment?
